Last Friday was our first Seattle Meet Up. It was great to meet all of you and I hope this will become a regular get together!

say a person is really busy at work and doesn’t eat anything besides chips and Girl Scout cookies all day. if this person were to go home and eat something healthy, would that be as good as eating the same amount of fruit and veg throughout the day?
