Good morning!
I woke up this morning craving something warm and cinnamony. No time for cinnamon rolls, so i quick made these cinnamon “muffins” (muffin sounds better than breakfast cupcake, right?).
Simple, dense cake cake, slightly cooled then rolled in a butter/cinnamon/sugar mixture. So good, but so bad. There is more than 1 tbsp of butter in each of the 8 cakes yielded, but that’s ok, it’s Sunday. Right?
